Order Cancellation Policy

We prepare orders quickly so you can receive your items without delay. Because handling typically begins within 1 business day, cancellation options are time-sensitive. This page explains when a cancellation may be possible and how to request one.

When can I cancel?

Order status What it means Can I cancel? Outcome
Just placed (within ~30 minutes of confirmation) Your order is in our system but may not be queued for picking yet. Usually yes, if you contact us immediately. We will attempt to stop the order and confirm by email. Cancellation is not guaranteed until we confirm.
Processing (picking/packing started) Warehouse has begun preparing your items. Unlikely, but we will try. If we can halt processing, we will cancel and confirm. If not, the order will continue to shipment.
Shipped / handed to carrier Tracking will show movement or a label has been scanned by the carrier. No Cancellation is no longer possible. After delivery, you may request guidance on return options per our returns process.

How to request a cancellation

  1. Email [email protected] as soon as possible with the subject line: "Cancel Order #YourOrderNumber".
  2. Include your full name, order number, and whether you want to cancel the entire order or specific items.
  3. Watch for our confirmation email. A cancellation is not complete until we confirm it.

If you placed multiple orders, list each order number separately. Partial cancellations on multi-item orders may be possible only if those items have not entered processing.

Edits and address changes

  • Before shipment: We can attempt changes (address corrections, size/color edits) if processing has not begun. These requests are not guaranteed.
  • After shipment: We cannot modify or reroute packages once a carrier has the parcel. Please contact us for return guidance after delivery if needed.

Refunds for approved cancellations

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Once processed on our side, funds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive an email confirming the refund amount and items canceled.

Our right to cancel

We may cancel all or part of an order if an item becomes unavailable, if there is a payment authorization issue, or for suspected fraud. If this occurs, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected items.
