To maintain our commitment to a 1-day handling time, our warehouse begins processing orders almost immediately after they are placed.

As a result, the window for canceling or modifying an order is very narrow. This policy outlines the specific conditions and procedures for making changes to your purchase.

1. The Critical Window for Changes

Our logistics operations are governed by a daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday.

  • Orders Placed Before 5:00 PM EST: These orders enter our automated fulfillment stream immediately. Changes or cancellations are generally only possible if requested within 60 minutes of the order being placed.
  • Orders Placed After 5:00 PM EST: These orders will be processed starting at 8:00 AM EST the following business day. You have until the start of that next business day to request a cancellation or modification.
