Shipping & Delivery

We keep shipping straightforward. Most orders leave our facility within 1 business day and arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is a flat $6.99 per order. All timelines below are estimates and can vary due to carrier conditions.

Processing and Transit Times

Order Tracking

  • Order confirmation: Sent immediately after checkout.
  • Shipping confirmation: Emailed once your order ships, including a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates: May take up to 24–48 hours to display movement after the carrier picks up the package.

Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple packages from our facilities. If this happens:

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
  • You will not be charged additional shipping beyond the standard $6.99 per order.

Delivery Estimates and Exceptions

  • Estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Weather, carrier capacity, and unforeseen events can extend delivery times.
  • If your package is delayed more than 3 business days beyond the last carrier estimate, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking link.

Address Accuracy and Changes

  • Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.
  • To request a change before shipment, email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship after reconfirmation and payment of a new $6.99 shipping fee.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package: wait 24 hours, check with neighbors or your building manager, and look for notices from the carrier. Then contact us if it still hasn’t appeared.
  • If your order arrives damaged: keep the packaging and items, take clear photos, and email us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Preorders and Backorders

If any item is marked as a preorder or backorder, it will ship as soon as it becomes available. You may receive available items separately with their own tracking numbers.
