1. ORDERING & CANCELLATIONS

Due to our commitment to a 1-day handling time, the window for modifications is very narrow.

  • Within 60 Minutes: If you contact us within one hour of placing your order (before our 5:00 PM EST cut-off), we can likely cancel or modify it.
  • After 5:00 PM EST: Orders placed late in the day are queued for the following morning. You have until 8:00 AM EST the next business day to request a change.
  • Once Processed: If an order has already been labeled or dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You may follow our Return Policy once the package arrives.

1.2 I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please email [email protected] immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order has not yet been processed by our Eagle River warehouse, we will update it for you. Dailygentlemanwear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
