Eligibility checklist
- Item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors, stains, and pet hair.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories are attached and included.
- Shoe boxes must be unmarked and placed inside a protective shipping carton.
- Return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number and email used at checkout) is provided.
Items that cannot be returned
- Underwear, socks, and swimwear.
- Face coverings and earrings.
- Personalized/monogrammed items.
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
For bundled sets, all pieces must be returned together.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, the reason, and clear photos if an item arrived damaged or defective.
- Wait for approval and instructions. We typically respond within 1–2 business days. A return authorization and the correct return address will be provided.
- Pack your items securely and ship them within 7 days of approval. Include your order number inside the parcel.
- Share the tracking number by replying to our email so we can monitor the return.
Return shipping options
- Use your own carrier: You may ship with any trackable service. You are responsible for shipping costs and loss/damage in transit until the package is delivered to us.
- Request a prepaid label: We can provide one for most orders. The label cost will be deducted from your refund and will be quoted for your approval before you proceed.
- If the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Exchanges
- Fastest option: order the correct size/color now and start a return for the original item. This ensures availability and the quickest delivery.
- Direct exchange: you may request an exchange during your return request. We will confirm availability. If the requested item is out of stock when we receive your return, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue and the packing slip. We will make it right, including covering return shipping and sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Refund deductions and exceptions
- The original shipping fee of $6.99 is non-refundable.
- If you use our prepaid return label, the label cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- Items returned in used, damaged, or otherwise non-resellable condition may be denied or approved with a partial refund at our discretion.
Packing guidelines
- Return items in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Place shoe boxes inside a protective shipping carton. Do not tape or label the shoe box directly.
- Include your order number and contact details inside the parcel.
