Payment Methods & Secure Checkout

We offer safe, straightforward ways to pay for your order. The options shown at checkout may vary by your location and device.

Accepted payment methods

Method How it’s processed What to expect
Credit & debit cards Processed securely by Stripe or Airwallex Enter your card details at checkout. Your bank may ask you to verify with a one-time code (3D Secure).
PayPal PayPal You'll be redirected to PayPal to log in and confirm your payment, then returned to our site.
Stripe Checkout Stripe Complete payment using the Stripe-hosted checkout flow. Options shown are provided by Stripe for your region.
Airwallex Checkout Airwallex Finish payment in the Airwallex checkout. Supported options and currencies may differ by country.

Security at checkout

  • All payments are encrypted over secure HTTPS connections.
  • Card details are sent directly to our trusted payment partners (Stripe and Airwallex). We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
  • Additional authentication (such as 3D Secure) may be required by your bank.
  • Orders may pass automated fraud screening. If we need more information to verify an order, we’ll contact you.

When you are charged

  • Cards (via Stripe or Airwallex): Charged when you place your order.
  • PayPal: Charged when you approve the payment in your PayPal account.
  • In some cases your bank may show both an authorization hold and a final charge. Authorization holds usually clear automatically within a few business days.

If your payment is declined

If a payment fails, no order is created or your order may show as “pending.” Try the steps below.

Issue Likely cause What to try
Card declined Bank security filters, insufficient funds, or incorrect details Check card number, expiry, CVC, and billing address. Try the same card again once, or use a different card or PayPal.
3D Secure/verification failed Authentication not completed Complete the bank’s verification prompt. Disable VPN/ad‑blockers and ensure pop‑ups are allowed.
Technical error at checkout Network timeout or browser issue Refresh the page, clear cache, or try another browser/device. Wait a few minutes and try again.
Payment pending for a long time Bank authorization delay Contact your bank to release any holds, or place a new order using a different method.

If problems continue, email [email protected] with the email used at checkout, any error message, and (if available) the last 4 digits of the card. Please do not send full card numbers.

Receipts and statements

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation by email after a successful payment.
  • Your statement descriptor may show as DAILYGENTLEMANWEAR.SHOP or our payment partner.
  • If you pay in a currency different from your card’s currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

Payment reviews and cancellations

We may refuse or cancel an order if a payment cannot be authorized or if it is flagged by our screening systems. You will not be charged for any cancelled order, and any pending holds should be released by your bank according to their timelines.
